When I get overwhelmed, lost and stuck in the craziness with no obvious way out, I pack my blanket and walk… alone. Silent. Forward. Waiting. Until, usually on the third day, around 2pm in the middle of nowhere, suddenly the mind stops talking and the veil finally falls off the eyes.
